Preparation

A few simple preparations ensure the collection and loading of your vehicle go smoothly, with no delays.

Prepare your vehicle documents

Have your registration card (geran), a copy of the owner’s identification (IC) and valid road tax ready. These documents are required to verify ownership and clear the shipment.
Empty all personal items

Remove all personal belongings and loose accessories from inside the vehicle. We are not liable for personal items left in the cabin or boot during transit.
Keep the fuel level low

Leave only about a quarter tank of fuel for safety during loading and the sea voyage. Please also ensure there are no fluid leaks on the vehicle.
Confirm pickup & destination

Provide the full pickup and delivery addresses along with a contactable phone number. This helps us plan the logistics smoothly without delays.
Check the vehicle condition

Note any existing scratches or damage before shipping. We also record the vehicle’s condition at collection, giving both parties full transparency.
